ACBO IS...

The mission of the Association of Community Based Organizations (ACBO) is to foster collaboration among mental health and substance use disorder service providers contracted with San Bernardino County Behavioral Health ("DBH"), in order to promote access to services, quality of care, cost effectiveness and financial sustainability of services county-wide.    Integral to the Mission is to provide a “collective voice”, which promotes social policy change through advocacy, education and community awareness.
